This website is operated by KP Enterprises under the brand name Emotions on Paper. We sell printed and personalized greeting cards for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, love, friendship, proposals, and other special moments.
Product Information
We try our best to display product images, descriptions, and details accurately. However, actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or printing differences.
Customized Orders
For personalized greeting cards, customers are responsible for providing correct photos, names, messages, and other customization details. We are not responsible for errors caused due to incorrect information shared by the customer.
Once a customized order goes into processing or printing, changes may not be possible.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incomplete details, payment issues, or any other reason.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on the website. Orders may be processed only after successful payment confirmation or as per available payment option.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier service, location, holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled as per our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund once processing has started.
Use of Customer Content
Customers must ensure that the photos, messages, and content shared for customization belong to them or they have permission to use them. We are not responsible for any dispute arising from unauthorized use of photos or content provided by the customer.
Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to reject customization requests that include offensive, illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
Limitation of Liability
KP Enterprises / Emotions on Paper will not be liable for any indirect, accidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website, products, delivery delay, or customer-provided incorrect details.
