At Emotions on Paper by KP Enterprises, we take care to prepare and ship your greeting cards safely.

Order Processing Time
All printed and customized greeting cards are prepared after order confirmation. Since customized products require photos, names, and messages, processing may begin only after we receive all required details from the customer.

Estimated processing time: 1 to 3 working days after receiving complete customization details.

Shipping Time
Once the order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Location
We currently ship orders within India.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any available communication method.

Important Note for Customized Orders
Please provide correct photos, name, message, address, and contact number while placing your order. Delays in sharing customization details may delay order processing and dispatch.

Damaged Package
If your product is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product.
