Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Emotions on Paper by KP Enterprises, every greeting card is prepared with care. Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policy before placing an order.

Customized Products
Customized greeting cards are made specially for each customer using their selected photos, name, and message. Because of this, customized products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once printing or processing has started.

Printed Cards / Ready Designs
Printed greeting cards with fixed design and message may be eligible for return or replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the product goes into processing or printing. Once customization, printing, or packing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility
Refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Printing error from our side
Product missing from package

Refund or replacement will not be applicable in the following cases:
Customer provided incorrect name, message, photo, or details
Customer changed mind after order processing
Minor color difference due to screen and print variation
Delay caused by courier or incorrect address
Product damaged after delivery

Reporting Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Processing
If refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or any suitable method as per our payment process. Refund time may depend on the payment gateway or bank
